I may occasionally require a 20% fee up front on larger or more complex projects. However, this is waived on more common, easier, or smaller projects.

However, for your protection and mine, I need to be paid every $2,000 USD or every 2 weeks, whichever comes first.

USA Domestic: PayPal, checks (sent by UPS or FedEx 3 or 4 day mail with signature required), or wire transfer

Non-USA Foreign: can take WorldPay, MoneyBookers, PayPal, or wire transfer

As much as I strive for perfection, mistakes can happen. For free, I warranty my work up to 30 days past completion of SOW, and for bug fixes or other necessary unknowns related to the original SOW such as, for instance, mistakes on field checks. All work beyond this time must be billable. This is my good-faith warranty.

Beyond my good-faith warranty as stated above, and per applicable South Carolina and USA laws and laws applicable to treaties with the USA, Volo, LLC develops works "as is". Volo, LLC does not provide any warranty of the work whatsoever, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty that the contents of the work will be error-free. In no respect shall Volo, LLC incur any liability for any damages, including, but limited to, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of, resulting from, or any way connected to the use of the work, whether or not based upon warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise; whether or not injury was sustained by persons or property or otherwise; and whether or not loss was sustained from, or arose out of, the results of, the work, or any services that may be provided by Volo, LLC.
